Dear Business Owner:

WELCOME TO THE 76th WICOMICO FARM & HOME SHOW

 

We hope you will consider exhibiting at the Wicomico Farm & Home Show this year. Admission to the show is FREE to all visitors.  Our Bluegrass Show has been changed to Thursday night so that we could add the Delmarva Star Competition.  See our website for more information regarding the Delmarva Star Competition.  Vendor space will be inside the expansive Carriage House unless larger space is needed outdoors.

 

The backbone of the show has always been the many categories of items that adults and children enter in the spirit of friendly competition, where they compete for cash and ribbons.  The livestock and animals are exhibited separately from the other categories are exhibited inside the Carriage House.

 

Vendor spaces will be located along the inside walls. Spaces of 10’ x 10’ and 10’x 20’ are available. Moderate electric service will be available. We furnish open space; exhibitor furnishes all else, including tables, chairs, etc.  Total cost for a 10’ x 10’ space for all three (3) days is $75.00. A double space (10’ x 20’) is available for $125.00. Spaces are limited, and are on a first come, first serve basis. Larger, open spaces are available outside of the Carriage House at the same price.  Requirements larger than the approx. 10’ x 10’ size will be charged at the 10’ x 20’ rate, but will not be limited to that size. Vendor must provide own pop-up cover if desired.

 

Rented booths are the responsibility of the business. There will be security personnel patrolling and people will be on the Show grounds overnight, however, the Farm Show will not be liable for items left unattended.

 

Vendors may begin booth setup anytime after 11 A.M. on Thursday, August 16.

            Show hours will be:    THURSDAY, AUGUST 16 ----- 4 PM -- 9 PM

                                                FRIDAY, AUGUST 17 ---------- 12  NOON -- 9 PM

                                                SATURDAY, AUGUST 18 ------ 9:30 AM -- 7:00 PM

 

We are pleased to have our exhibits and vendors under the same roof.  Our bake sale, benefit auction, and awards presentations are all planned inside.  It is our goal to make the Farm & Home Show a bigger and better experience each year. We depend upon the business community and the public to make this happen. 

 

Please reserve well in advance by returning the completed form with payment to insure a space.  Reservations are non-refundable unless the Show cancels for some reason, or unless the space can be resold.  Please call the chairperson listed below with questions.
