GENERAL RULES
1. May enter under professional. If you derive or have derived income from sale of items listed, you must enter as professional.
2. All exhibits entered for competition must be entered in the name of the maker.
3. Any entry made from a commercial mix may not be exhibited, and will be disqualified.with the exception of class #20, enhanced cake mix. Enhanced cake mixes must have recipe attached.
4. All baked goods become property of show, Each baked good is subject to auction with proceeds going to the show.  A sample of each baked good will be kept for display.
5. A refrigerated case is provided for all perishable items. All items must be entered on Wednesday night and nothing will be accepted on Thursday morning. Glass containers may be donated with baked goods.
6. All entries must be on disposable plates or trays. NOTE: Best Decorated Cake must be cut to be judged.

7. Juniors will be judged in two age groups  8-12  and 13-18.
8. All miscellaneous items MUST be identified, and items #9, #15, #19,#29, #34, #55, #72 & #82 must be identified.

Note: Best Decorated Cake must be cut to be judged.
